Maintaining the customers' pets and homes is the goal of Patty's Pampered Pet Sitting. In meeting this goal, Patty's is held to the same standards of fiduciary responsibility entrusted to others who play a significant role with the financial care of homes. This service has never been intended for those who are willing to take a chance on just anybody. The "know, like, and trust" factors become readily apparent.
In meeting this responsibility, Patty's cannot be held liable for the home should another party enter the premises while the customer is away. Patty's will be relieved of any and all responsibility under this condition.
The interview process for this pet sitting service is very detailed and thorough. The objective is to remove any guesswork out of expectations, and to provide clarity as a safeguard for peace of mind.
The customer is requested to set aside at least an hour for the interview – minimum – to complete paperwork and answer all questions. Once the customer is familiar with Patty's, only updates are required.

NOTE: All customers are asked to call/text and leave a message upon their return – regardless of time. If no message, an additional visit will be made (and charged) for another visit in keeping with the established routine so that at no time is the pet left without attention. This is intended as a value feature of Patty's Pampered Pet Sitting.
