In meeting the goals of maintaining the "kids" and homes to the highest ethical standards, Patty's Pampered Pet Sitting practices the same fiduciary responsibility of all with similar professional standards. In doing so, this service works in cooperation with other service workers, but cannot accept sole responsibility when others are in the home.
The interview process for Patty's Pampered Pet Sitting is very detailed and thorough. The objective is to remove any guesswork out of expectations, and to provide clarity as a safeguard for peace of mind.
The customer is requested to set aside at least an hour for the interview – minimum – to complete paperwork and answer all questions. Once the customer is familiar with Patty's service , only updates are required.

NOTE: All customers are asked to call/text and leave a message upon their return – regardless of time. If no message, an additional visit will be made (and charged) in keeping with the established routine so that at no time is the pet left without attention. This is intended as a value feature of Patty's Pampered Pet Sitting.
